About SGA
Welcome
SGA is the premiere advocacy body on campus.Basically, this means that we are the link between the student body and the administration. We are constantly checking the student pulse to see what's on your mind, and bringing your top concerns to the university directors, vice presidents and beyond to get them resolved.
History
SGA was founded in 1924 to serve as the united voice of the student body.
It is the duty of the SGA to advocate on behalf of student interest and to provide students with the resources necessary to function as an effective and efficient University community.
Since SGA began, Northeastern University has taken incredible steps to develop itself into a top-tier university, and with the direct advocacy provided by the SGA over the past few decades, Northeastern University has now become what it once dreamed.
If you have questions, concerns, want to get involved, or just want to sound off, SGA is here to listen.
