Mike Spinella, (contact)Major: Health Science Michael is a middler Health Science major from Middlebury, Connecticut. He is currently on co-op in the Emergency Department at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. Mike aims to eventually become a Physician Assistant. Mike joined the Student Government Association at the beginning of his sophomore year. He has served on the Student Service Committee, Financial Affairs Committee, and Student Affairs Committee. As Assistant Vice President for Financial Affairs, Mike assisted with budget priorities, attended senior leadership team meetings and Money Matters Workshops. As Chair of the Budget Review Committee, Mike oversees weekly meetings, runs BRC workshops for student groups, compiles allocation workbooks and memos, and manages the funds from the Student Activity Fee. Mike's goals include publicizing the Renewable Energy Fun and simplifying the University Budget Process to better accomodate the needs and wants of the student body. |
